At Salon San Carlos, we believe the people who care for, encourage, and educate our community deserve to feel cared for, too.

That’s why, throughout September, we’re offering complimentary haircuts to local teachers, educators, and school staff as a small way of saying thank you for the difference you make every day.

Whether you’re preparing for a new school year, ready for a fresh look, or simply overdue for a little time for yourself, our team would be honored to welcome you into the salon.

Our Way of Saying Thank You

Educators give so much of their time, energy, and hearts to helping others learn and grow. We created this promotion to give something back to the people who continually show up for the students and families in our community.

Your complimentary appointment will include a personalized consultation, haircut, and finish with one of our participating stylists.

Our team works with all hair types, textures, lengths, and styles. We’ll take the time to listen to your goals and create a haircut that feels like you.

Who Is Eligible?

This promotion is open to educators and school employees working in the Pensacola area and surrounding communities, including:

• Teachers and teaching assistants
• Professors and instructors
• School administrators
• Guidance counselors
• School support and office staff
• Paraprofessionals
• Librarians and media specialists
• Coaches
• Preschool and childcare educators
• Homeschool educators

We may ask you to provide a school ID, employment badge, recent pay stub, or another form of verification when scheduling or arriving for your appointment.

How to Request an Appointment

Complete the short request form at the bottom of this page. Tell us a little about yourself, where you work, and what you’re hoping to accomplish with your haircut.

After your form is submitted, our team will review your request and contact you to match you with a participating stylist based on your hair goals, preferences, and appointment availability.

Submitting the form does not guarantee an appointment. Complimentary appointments are limited and will be scheduled throughout September as availability allows.

Please submit only one request per person.

If you’d like to support this mission, we invite you to “pay it forward” by making a donation in the salon to our “Classroom Sponsorship Fund”—. Donations will be accepted through September 30th and go directly toward supporting a classroom in our area.

What Is Included?

Each complimentary appointment includes:

• A personalized consultation
• A haircut with a participating stylist
• A finished style
• Personalized product and at-home care recommendations

Additional services—including color, blonding, treatments, extensions, or specialty styling—are not included in the promotion. Your stylist can provide recommendations and pricing for future services when appropriate.

Gratuity is never required, but guests are welcome to leave one for the stylist if they desire.
