Pensacola Salon: Location, Parking, and More

Welcome to our Downtown Pensacola Salon! We understand that visiting a new salon can be both exciting and a little nerve-racking, so we’ve put together this article to help ease any anxieties you may have and ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Our primary goal is to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and confident each time you visit.

Location:

You can find us in the heart of Downtown Pensacola at 528 W. Garden Street, Pensacola, FL 32502, situated between De Villiers St. and Coyle St.

Landmarks:

When you arrive, here are some key landmarks to help you identify our location:

– Facing our building, you’ll notice Alla Prima Coffee Roaster on the left.

– To the right, there’s an open grass lot.

– Directly behind you across the street is the Social Security Office.

– Diagonally across the street, you’ll spot Ever’man Cooperative Grocery & Café.

Parking Info:

We offer convenient parking options to make your visit hassle-free:

– Private parking is available behind our building with the entrance located on Coyle Street.

– Free parking can be found along Garden Street in front of our building. Please note that during rainy weather, we recommend using the parking lot to avoid potential flooding on Garden Street and to keep your feet dry.

Salon Entrance:

We occupy suites #1-3 within the building. To access our salon, please use the door of suite #3, which is the second door from the parking lot.

Check In:

To streamline your check-in process, we will send you an arrival text 30 minutes before your appointment. All you need to do is reply with “3” to let your stylist know that you’ve arrived. Afterward, head over to the front desk on the right side of the entrance door. While you wait, feel free to browse our haircare displays or take a seat in our waiting area. Complimentary refreshments are available at the front desk, so don’t hesitate to ask a team member for assistance.

Waiting Area:

Our welcoming waiting area is located to the left of the entrance door. If the area looks full, keep walking through the archways where you will find additional seating along the same wall.

Restrooms:

Should you need to freshen up, you’ll find a gender-neutral/handicap accessible restroom, through the doorway, to the left of the front desk. We also have two additional gender-neutral restrooms, to the left at the end of the hallway, in the suite one. We do have a large space, so please feel welcome to ask a team member to show you if you are uncertain.

Check Out/Pre-Book:

We’ve designed our checkout process to be as simple and convenient as possible. You can even pay for your services and pre-book your next appointment right from your own phone. Simply sign in and book your next visit during or after your appointment using our Booking Site. Once your stylist releases your ticket, you can access your account and complete your checkout. If you prefer to pay with cash or check or would like to check out with the assistance of one of our Guest Experience Experts, they will be happy to help you at the front desk.
