What happens if we go over on time?

The client only pays for the time they booked for. However, if the client asks for more than what was agreed upon and the stylist has time to offer, they can add and pay for the additional time needed.

What happens if we don’t use the whole hour? 

The client pays for the total time reserved as agreed upon during the consultation.

What happens if I change my mind?  

The client pays for the time reserved. Appointment changes should be made at least 24 hours prior to an appointment. Day-of changes may not be guaranteed and may result in a cancellation fee.
