Why Virtual?
We offer our consultations in a virtual format, meaning not in person. In order to free up sooner service availability on stylist schedules and avoid needing extra visits to the salon prior to the date of your service. These virtual consultations help your stylist determine what service options will best achieve your desired goal and if they are the best fit to assist you through this process.
Who requires a virtual consultation prior to booking?
Consultations are required for all new color clients. They are also required for existing clients that are looking for a transformation. This means if your desired goal for your next visit is not something that you and your stylist have recently discussed or outside of the recommended maintenance of your last service. If this is the case, we would ask that you reach out to the stylist or call the salon to determine if a virtual consultation will be necessary to determine what service to schedule.
What is the easiest way to get started?
We recommend you start by filling out a new client form and a team member will contact you to to finish consulting and booking.
If you prefer to call the salon to set up your virtual consultation, please call 8504370007, Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm. One of our Guest Experience Experts would be happy to assist you.
What is the stylist’s part of the process?
Once the stylist receives your form and photos, they will review the information and contact you to answer any questions, give a quote, and schedule the service. Please allow up to 5 days after submitting your form to receive booking information.
How will the stylist contact me for the virtual consultation?
The stylist will reach out via text message or phone call after reviewing your consultation form and photos. Please note: This consultation is not in person or via video chat, such as, Facetime, Zoom, Skype, etc.
What if the stylist is NOT best fit to achieve your goal?
Upon reviewing your consultation form and photos, if the stylist feels they are not best fit to achieve your desired goal, they will make a recommendation for another stylist and have them contact you.
What if the stylist doesn’t feel the goal is achievable?
Upon reviewing your consultation form and photos, if the stylist feels the desired goal is not achievable, they will inform you and recommend alternative options.
What if I am unable to complete the client’s part of the process?
If you are unable to complete your part of the virtual consultation process or would prefer to come in person. Please call us at 850-437-0007 and a Guest Experience Expert would be happy to schedule you for an in person consultation at a date and time of the stylist’s choosing.
