You may book a few different ways. You may call us at 850-437-0007, you may reach out to your preferred stylist on social media, and existing clients may also book online. We recommend new clients call or start by filling out a new client form and a member of the team will contact you for booking.

We love taking care of clients with all hair types and textures!

We recommend reading stylists’ bios to get to know more about each stylist and checking out their Instagrams to view their work. If you still need help we also have a get to know your stylist section on the team page with additional information about each stylist. If you’re still not sure, give us a call and one of our team members will be happy to make recommendations for you.

You may buy products online by visiting our shop page and browsing products we love. You may also stop by the salon during business hours and shop!

You may purchase gift cards online on our shop page or by stopping by the salon during business hours.

Should you have an item that is not working out, we ask that you bring it back lightly used within 30 days of purchase. We offer exchanges or store credit that may be redeemed for products or services. No cash back or credit card returns. Brushes, combs, clips, and hot tools are not eligible for returns unless they are deemed defective upon purchase.

Our goal is to ensure each client receives a satisfactory experience. If you are not 100% satisfied please inform your stylist or the salon within 48hrs of your appointment. We do our best to bring you back within 14 days of your appointment to address any concerns you may have. No refunds are offered for any service.

We are a certified Green Circle salon. This means we recycle 95% of our waste to ensure we keep our planet beautiful and give it the respect it deserves. With these efforts, we ask each of our clients to participate by adding a $2.00 “ECO” fee to each service ticket. This ensures we can sustain our efforts to maintain a carbon-neutral status.

We recommend you come to each appointment with your hair clean, dry, and detangled. Preferably worn down with minimal to no product. Unless otherwise specified by your stylist.

You should receive an arrival text up to 30 minutes before your appointment. Please respond as prompted once you arrive. This will notify your stylist of your arrival. Upon entering the salon please let the front desk know that you have an appointment and they will assist you from there.

After your appointment is complete your stylist will finalize your ticket and you may check out from your device via the client portal or you may check out at the front desk.

We love kids! We ask that anyone under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult while in the salon. Waiting areas are not visible from all service stations so we ask that kids not receiving services also have adult supervision for the duration of your appointment.

No, we do not offer these services due to the harmful chemicals and fumes used in these processes.

We do not currently have a braid specialist on the team, however, a few stylists may offer simple braids such as a French or Dutch braid as an alternative to diffusing or blow-drying your hair.

Yes, we have an open chair policy that allows clients to move around freely between stylists with no hurt feelings. We love this for both our guests and our team!

More time is booked for curly cuts because the techniques, education, and styling methods used often take more time than traditional haircut appointments. Clients with high-density (Thick) hair may be asked to book extra time to ensure there is adequate time for the stylist to complete the desired cut.

We believe that stylists should have room to grow as they advance in their craft. We practice a method called sky-limit pricing that allows a stylist to charge their worth. Every stylist is on their path so rates are reflective of where they are in their career.
