All guests will be required to have a credit card on file. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged half of the scheduled service, except for illness. All sales are final.
At Salon San Carlos, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re experiencing any challenges with your haircut or color, please let us know within five days of your visit. We’ll be happy to make necessary adjustments at no additional charge within 14 days of your original appointment.
Please note that complimentary adjustments do not apply to changes of mind or a new direction in your cut or color. All services and sales are final.

Any time you need a fresh point of view, please try another member of our staff. We are one team and we are all dedicated to providing you with the best service and experience at our salon. The most important aspect of hairdressing is to find a stylist who “gets you:” Someone who suits your personality and understands your styling needs. If you’ve browsed our site but are unsure of who might be the best fit for you, please give us a call to obtain a personalized referral to the stylist who would best suit your style.
We are an appointment only salon. You must schedule an appointment in advance.
As a courtesy to the clients following your appointment, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are a late arrival. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, your stylist will consult with you about expectations for what is achievable with the remaining time. The rate will reflect the original hours reserved.
At Salon San Carlos, we prioritize the comfort and safety of all our guests. To maintain a peaceful environment and ensure everyone’s well-being, we kindly ask that children under 13 be supervised at all times while in the salon. For safety reasons, only those receiving services may be present in the service areas.
Please note that our salon is not child-proof, so we encourage making necessary arrangements in advance. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a safe and enjoyable space for all!
Products purchased at Salon San Carlos may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. There are no returns for brushes and hot tools. There are no cash refunds, although a store credit may be redeemed on either products or services.
Monetary gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated.
Monetary-Free Gratuity is equally appreciated. (Examples: Leave us a review on Google, Refer your friends and family, Post and share about your experience on social media!)
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and San Carlos Gift Cards, as well as local personal checks with a valid Florida Driver’s License or Identification Card. Returned checks are subject to a return check fee as provided by law.
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and can be redeemed for salon services or product purchases. Unfortunately, they are not refundable or redeemable for cash, and we cannot reimburse lost or stolen gift cards. All sales are final.
Bonus cards are not the same as gift cards. They are coupons, with a set value and expire one year after they are issued.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing or accessories. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment.
Avoid wearing to the following items to your appointment:
Haircuts- Turtle necks, hoodies, bulky collars that cannot be tucked under.
Color- All of the above, plus, white tops, and expensive tops.
