Always supportive of his wife Pam’s creative vision, Carlos has served as a salon owner, leader, and coach since 2009. Carlos loves helping creatives grow both personally and professionally and his specialty is building culture and “loving everyone.” Carlos has certifications including John Maxwell Certified Coach, Statement Project Business Certified, Mentors and Masters, and 124Go Business and Leadership Training. Outside of the salon, Carlos loves traveling, spending time with his children and grandkids, and cooking – lots of cooking.
