With over 40 years of experience behind the chair, Pam Garcia is more than a master stylist—she’s the heart of Salon San Carlos. As a salon owner, educator, and haircutting specialist, Pam has built a career rooted in creativity, connection, and a deep love for helping people feel seen, confident, and empowered—both in her chair and within the industry.

Pam is especially known for her expertise in working with curly hair and creating custom shapes that honor each client’s unique texture and lifestyle. She approaches every haircut as a collaboration, blending decades of experience with an open mind and an attentive ear.

Outside the salon, Pam finds joy in growing lush plants, sharing meals with her family, and soaking in the love of her 6 children and 5 grandchildren. She’s been married to her high school sweetheart—her soulmate since they were 14—and brings that same sense of commitment and heart to everything she does.
